I having a problem when my charater and everythine in game start to move fast.does any 1 know y?

i have to restart my comp so that i can play peacefully but after 20-30min it start to move fast again any help?

The Game works Well when i on my comp.After awhile the game start to Move fast. everything ingame r moving fast.
