Read what it says, it could not locate the mysql.data.dll file, you've moved the .exe or .dll

I did have the latest SQL Connector, and yes I did read the error message but the .dll file was not missing.
However, your dll seems to work! Thank you!

yup the souce is fkd up you need to put IP4 not IP (on vps ip4=ip)
