Yeah, read the title.
Im going to make a toplist..
My questions is:

1. Where can i get a good webhost to host the script you have/found?
2. Is there any plugins for that script you recommended?
3. Is there anyone who can give me a domain for my site when it got more visitors?
4. Is there anyone who knows how to edit the toplist ( if its ASP, i only know PHP )

You need a toplist made by someone else? Why on earth bother? Just let the existing ones do it if you're not going to make it your own anyway.. besides, there are way too many lists already.

1. Good and free tend to be mutually exclusive. Use google to find comperative sites on hosting providers.
2. Plugins? I'd say have a look at PEAR :smile:
3. Nothing is free. But you can get a crappy subdomain for free at dot.tk.

my xperiences are that you can better host it your self untill you are earning enough to get an root server somewhere, with root access yiou can secure your database and website better than when a webhost has to do it.\

there are lots and lots of different scripts on the internet, just try to use google for PhP scipts and you shall find
