[PHP + Paypal]Automatic payments

I am making a PHP shopping cart to release on a private server. I am wanting to know if there is a way to automatically send payments using PHP. Basically after someone makes a purchase from their shopping cart, I want the PHP script to take a % of that and automatically send a payment to my paypal account. I know this will be easily changeable and 99.9% of the people who use the script will change it to not do it. Im just wanting to know if its possible. Anyone know if it is?
