Nice found! I only don't like the content part of the CMS. Header + menu looks pretty good in my opinion.

This design is from a french designer I know (JCeuninck). Just a rename, it was originally used for a french hotel called Bobbac. (As it is proved on some screenshots with the logo).
I must admit it's a pretty good design but I won't trust that much the core CMS..
