Player Level getting Changed Automatic

Hi guys, I am getting a new problem like

1> Player level getting automatically changed each time i start the server, & player are complainig me about this.
Suppose a player was 124 last time server get shut down & next day whn server starts he beacme 150!!!
or his shue get de-lelveld like @ off time his shue was 50, nxt day server on shue lvl was 25!!

What is the reason behind this??
Can ne1 urgently solve it... Thank you

Reset your server i.e
1. Clear all char and account and Friend DB, HSDB, itemstorage
Refresh all tables, Dont use other DB backup other than CVR Dheeraj's

2. Delete all account folders and create the 1000 folders again...

3. check up your account server and main server files..
