Please solution, I would like
Hero 1 = 3% attack
Hero 2 = 5% attck
Hero 3 = 10% attack

from attack a aura Chip Breaker

Percentage? You mean the effects of the race buffs ? it should be in skill.dat and the duration to.

Yes 0.10 is 10% there are 3 values. lvl 1 5% lvl 2 10% then lvl 3 15%

Sorry but im not really sure 'bout the Chip breaker effects. But like what busman said you gotta hex your zone and I can assure you thats the right thing to edit it .
