I don't suppose anyone here would be up for any pokemon trading? Mainly event pokemon from USA/Japan as I can't get them and a couple trigger ingame events! Give me a shout if anyone is interested.

Should check out the Wireless GTS Transfer method over on GBATemp & Pmndb. Allows you to transfer legit event & non event pokemon to your HGSS without needing to trade.
