No i just wanted my poll to be on the front page.....

Thats the only reason for the poll spam from what i can see. A simple discussion thread could be used for that myspace thread. But no people just spam them for no reason.

If people abuse it they shouldnt have it, right?

Possibly just 1k/2k posts+ to use it? It gets overused in server ad forums to make there ad stand out more aswell. I dont see why its needed tbfh

Yea polling should be enabled imo just because its useful sometimes to see the opinions of people without scrolling about and looking at every post there is. Also there aren't that many polls used and i don't find them very troublesome (aside form the fact is is sometimes abused which isn't a huge problem.)

It stands to reason. A mod made the thread and mods were the first to reply, now it's gonna take a nebie with balls to reply with a good response.

when that happens we may meet one of the few that are half inteligent.

I had that unorganized poll on the front page for forever, it almost reached 1000 votes. Now it seems like there is a new poll up there every day. I say limit the use of polls to alpha members and up.

I think the polls should be lower. Mainly because there's just many of the fucking things.

I have barely made a poll post. Nor any other "Subscriber" because we obviously know there is no need for it. So i don't see why the "Alpha Members" and "Co" get to have more than just a limited set of amount of polls.

i'd say yes, because some ppl made pointless poll and it will go to the front page like habbo poll or mu

There are 7 polls in the first page of outerworld as i am posting this. This is the only useful one in the bunch.

Limit them to people with like 1000+ posts. As in they would already learn how to act on forums by then, no matter the section.

yeah....just because you become alpha shouldn't mean that you can spam with polls because if you do I'm gonna infraction you so fast that your grand kids suffer whiplash from birth, and if I don't one of my coleagues will.
