Pop-up notice

Every time I login to server there is pop-up notice, i've checked server configuration changed many options but seems it's not related to settings. Sure we can press ESC key or click ok button, but does anyone know how to turn off this notice box completely?

its problem of the r3vo , protection-3rd job dll , you can change the msg in message.dat

Yeah i've tried that, even removing that line. But then "NULL" appears instead that message.

it also pop up only on local host as iam remember

its only appears on local host , on public it wont appear i believe as i experienced
