PortalAdder v2 plus NDMap strs generator

What the tool does:

It adds a new map at the coordinates you specify.

The new version also adds a new map name block to ndmap.dat.

I'm including the NDMap strs generator tool, which you can use to take the new ndmap.dat file and drop it onto the tool. It will then generate the new strs file so you can edit the map name using Structorian, which is compatible with the new ndmap.dat.

An "About" button has also been added so you can read and learn how to use it.

This zip file contains the new PortalAdder source code (compiled version), the NDMap strs generator source code (compiled version), and an added edf to dat conversion tool to help convert edf to dat.

Yes, it adds portals to other maps, which is very useful for those who don't have the paid parser.

I'm running PortalAdder.exe on Windows Server 2022, and when I click "Add Portal", the following error message pops up:
No matter whether I use the 2232 version or the 415 version of the map file, this error still appears.
