Right, well I'm not sure if this is specific to the category, forum, thread or post, but when I post it takes a while for the post to register and reload the page. If I give it 10 seconds, and refresh the page, it will register, but it doesn't refresh the page automatically for quite some time.

I'm aware of this, It maybe to do with LIVE TOPIC.

That's what I thought. I'd rather suffer this bug, than have Live Topic removed. It's a godsend.

Giving it time, it just leads you to the posting screen again and it says, "This forum requires that you wait 30 seconds between posts. Please try again in 11 seconds."
Normally, its 15 seconds though.

Possibly. It could very well just be your internet. It's not slow for me, it only takes a while to refresh the page after I make a post.

RZ is going as fast as a locally hosted site for me.
