Problem with unit W! L2J

I am with a problem, I am with the server version 1107 but I am with problems to make it to twirl.

The problem is that when I execute start.bat it does not generate unit W! E I do not know what to make. Alguem can help me?

Ps: Following, I am Brazilian and I do not dominate well the English very, therefore I am using a translator, I wait that vcs has understood. :chair:

Can you post a picture or a screen capture of your problem? That might help alot

It does not have as to take off screen! None does not appear error, the problem is that it does not generate diskd W!

EDIT

The screen....

press ctrl+alt+delete and go to processes tab and find all apache.exe and mysql-nt.exe and end all process then run start.bat and it should work.

Uninstall all MySQL/Apache programs that you may have running
first run stop.bat then try running start.bat

in your screenshot you do not have MySQL running
