Problems with Hexing Main.exe

Hi,
I did everything to set up my MU server, everthing is running but I dont understand how to Hex my Main.exe xD

I always destroy it =/

I got a Tool to change the IP but it doesnt work, it just gives an Error Message in a language which I cant understand xD Even the English version of that Program.
