Problems with ItemTooltipText in Main Source 5.2

Hi everyone, I'm having a strange problem with ItemTooltip_eng.bmd and ItemTooltipText_eng.bmd. I know exactly how to modify the text and values in both files, but the changes don't appear after I run the client. I've even deleted both files, and I don't know where the client is still reading the original values from.

Things I've tried:
Modifying both files and pasting them into all the Local folders: Eng, Spn, and Por
Copying the modified file and keeping only one copy in the Local folder
Deleting both files from all folders within Local and leaving only one copy in Eng
Deleting both files from all folders within Local

The strange thing is that these files work perfectly and show the changes made in the client of the server released by Louis update 31. Could it be that the client is caching these BMDS files in some way?

I am using the server and Client files from Qubit based on the clean Main 5.2 base released by Louis

Which tooltips exactly? Can you give a screenshot?

All the strings of the tooltips, whatever change I made on the text it wont reflect on the client, like I post I even deleted both files but the client still loaded both files from I don't know where with the default values

main 5.2 does not use the files ItemTooltip_eng.bmd and ItemTooltipText_eng.bmd tooltip is generated in the code using the void RenderItemInfo method
