Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. To be clear, version 3.1.1, some symbols crash the client after sending them in the private chat.

use badwords filters, if even with the badword filter, the crash still happen, you will need to create some serverside chat filter.
