Psychea Asc skills

Hi,
Is anyone able to use psychea's asc skills? or affinity, chroma skills?

I can take them, but cant use. I think my skill library is not upto date. Although, Kytos skills are working.

Its not like they've been released yet, whenever they'll be available on chinese part will be available and updated here as well, at the moment have fun playing with kytos.
