you can use without gacd, but normally when gacd do not start is libxml2 missing

I don't know the expansion in English, I don't follow PWI, but I'm sending a link to the BR expansion, you can use this to find the equivalent version in english.

Unfortunately I´m not with luck, I just found clients in version 1.7.6+ and they not worked even works, there are another block is the the data editors available still isn´t compatible with 1.7.3, so no way translate to another language.
