[Q] how to change EXP rate

I wonder how to change exp rate drop rate and so on.
Been trying to search the forum but no luck.:bad:

RwdPrana = 40000 <----------- Money exp
RwdRateForNormalItem = 880
RwdGold = 2000
RwdBraman = 50

ty m8 oh and one more thing
i set RwdRateForNormalItem to 3000 and it wont drop me quest itens anymore

i guess the value is too high or somethin i will lower to 880 as you did maybe your configuration is beter
