I can't click on this quest to make the monsters go out, has anyone had the same problem?

Refer to the B1F post response, most likely the same issue.
Stop acting like script enc is the only thing that matters when there are multiple ends for you to sync.
To understand what even needs to be linked, you need to be aware of npc id's as well.
Respectfully, perhaps not just copy and pasting data but trying to understand it would help.
