Quest Combos Doesn't Work

Well, i was adding all the ijji orginal quest to my server and i did everything correct. But the Quest Combos Doesn't work.

Example: Goblin Skull + Crimson Necklace

I tried Everything i could possiblity think of. I tired Quest Combos from other sites, Ragezone, Other Servers. I even tried making a brand new Client to start over and still didnt Work.

My Co-Owner even tried with a new server. It's the weirdest thing ever. I was wondering if people had any answers or something.

FYI, There's no combo such as a Doll and a Necklace
First get your sense of combo's right and then try it.

sigh to shed some light on to this problem sacrificetable.xml can be found in MatchServer foldor but i find it better to look though scenario.xml and then strings.xml to translate them into what you need to sacrafice ^_^ so basicly u dont know if Goblin Doll + Crsion Neckleace is a combo becasue it might be diffrently coded into your server

He mentioned that he's using the Original quests that I released. So how can the combo's change?
