Quest Window Problem (Juver)

Does anyone here know how to fix this window and change linebox
it in gui but don't know the name and what size is that?

try change in gui/xml files

config.ini, bFeatureModernQuestWindow change to 1. But if you're trying to use the old quest window, there are lots of changes you should make, just like ryruz suggested.
