well hi ,
I have a question ,so i tought if someone could tell me where can i make signature or how .. because i am kind a newbie at this kind of things , and i wanna learn some . it would be good if someone will respond my post .

Step 1, get photoshop or GIMP

Step 2, read tutorials or frig with things.

Step 3 host the pictures on places like imageshack and wait for people to reply.

Or do what i do, find an image you like - ajust the size and add a 1/2px border and ur set!
