Does any one know where i can change the quiz bowl to English

Thank you for the English version of the "Quiz Bowl". But can someone please tell me which editor to use so I can change up the questions? I have all of the tools listed by "Camper" and they all work great, but not able to open is file.
Maybe I am doing something wrong. if so, please tell me the correct way to open the file.

There used to be a program called "Jade Editor" which supported Quiz file. I can't find it on RaGEZONE, maybe someone still have it.
