Launching Services

The easiest way is to download the regedit file m.reg, run it and then 3 exe files will appear in regedit (channel, manager, field)
open your regedit (press win+r, write regedit), find 3 exe files in
HKET_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CurrentControlSet -> Services
in 3 files you must change the path to your (example: ImagePath C:\r2server\Lib\ChannelW) and others
Or you can create new services for each exe file (find in google how its make)
running through bat files somehow does not work correctly, I did not install through them

now these services need to be started through the services window (win + r - services.msc). First channel/manager , then field.
Dont run from folder Lib, its just file to install.

if the service stops, you need to read in the log files why it stopped.
Try to follow the previous steps and read the log, or send it here.
(channelw/manager/field.log)

Upgrade your SQL to version that supports database bigger than 10gb, google for serial keys and upgrade it to datacenter or enterprise edition. You only need it once, actually, once you restore and clean database, and make new clean backups, they will be like 2gb. instead of 50~

Something wrong, or create of new login, or in dsn files or wrong add dsn file in odbc driver.
UID, PWD(password) should be the same: DSN files, in you New Login, properly added to ODBC driver with "connection successful" connection checked (better when both User and System DSN)

Are you trying to launch Guild Battle server? if you don't want it, just change the IP address in parmsrv table for guild battle server to any different ip address that is not yours, and it will be skipped, or if you actually want run the server, you need to replace one file in server files, which is navimesh 19 26.bmp replace with this adjusted file in your data folder.

You have a PC with a virtual machine on the same subnet, the virtual machine must have internet, you can easily set up the client files (change the IP address you changed to in the server files) and enter the game.
