Raising Max LvL and Max Tactic

Anyone know how to raise Max Level and Max Tactics.?

Well actually max level and tactic i knew of on a official server was 255 was just curious if anyone figured out how to change this. Anyways it dont matter the server files i downloaded are all screwed up.

Practically impossible if you don't have all the sources plus manuals or stuff, there's a lot you need to change in client and server, it'll be screwed up I've once tried to.
