Rakion Private Server Guide

[low1098]

Well, this is my first thread in Ragezone, though I had seen alot of its posts and learnt how to create alot of private servers but I seriously need a wonderful Rakion Private server guide with the server files and the database. I need it to be very clear so that many of us can understand it easily and the links must be working and have alot of mirrors for others to download the files easier. Thank you. =D
