open BuddyCenter2.exe with hex editor,( I use Hexedit) find the IP 192.168.1.5 and remplace for your IP
PD: Remember write your IP don't paste

1º,add a new user for windows,2º go to worldserver.ini and edit with info of new user, and open install rakionworldserver,3º go to services.msc and add your user of windows in the service Rakion World Server[#] and ready go to start rakion world server
