Ran interceptor server connection failed!

I'm using ran interceptor yesterday, it seems fine and players outside my lan can connect. But when the current keeps fluctuating we turned off the computer and the modem for about 30mins. After that we tried to connect using a new IP since we're using dynamic IP, players outside lan always got this error "SERVER CONNECTION FAILED" how to solve this? Please help me. bTW I can connect using lan.

can i ask how did you manage to fix your probem??are you using EP6S2,,pls
