open folder config..
open setting.ini using notepad

Place Your Server Name <--------- put any name
[ServerName]
YOUR-SERVER-NAME <--------- put SQL name [example - RANEP9\SQLEXPRESS]
[UserName]
sa
[Password]
1234 <---------- sa password
[AutoLogin]
0 <----------- change to 1

after that..save..
now u can open RAN Manager without problem

it will not affect ingame items, its only a record or logs for your previous insert, edit etc... explore your database using your SQL.
