Allows you to change your exp/gold/task rates its working on 1105 files also.

This is not my release so if there will be further complains i'll remove it.

Update Works perfectly. I recommend using a clean elements.data
copy one from 301, clean installation, to server

once again THANKS SO MUCH florin27x now my friends and i we can play with decent x3 rates

Something wrong is happening to DepositFiles.
I mean, all times I try to download it, their server is offline. :|
