but if you are going to run the server outside the vps and compile the launcher with your IP, it is not possible due to the number of errors in the compilation

Extract the files from the vmware image put onto a vps. Configure and it works.

You dont need to compile launcher to run the game.

have dragona.exe run in compatability mode of windows 7
