Recording software.

I need a free recording-program that'll record from the mic and the headphones (incoming and outcoming sound).

Is there any good ones for windows?

You can try out the Camtasia demo. Though not many applications like that are for free unless you want a huge watermark in the middle of the screen.

I know All Sound Recorder XP - its not free but there is always ways arround it
