As far i short out how to create Account for game and Web Shop at the same time with same USN + full integration with other DB
And here is a small test after some updates for php and C# app and how this really work
if user try register existing Account Name register will fail and give information, But if User will register an Account Name that don't exist (was not already register) will get information that Account was register and after press OK, Register apllication will be closed.
At the moment I implement validation that inside app cant be used any special symbols
