Register mod to fix Age 15 bug for all muwebs. -FIXED FOR MD5 DB's

I have modified the character.class.php so that when you register a account with MuWeb, it will make the personal id code value to 1, even if you enter random numbers in the personal id code field, it will always be exported as 1. That will fix the "You need to be 15 years old to play" bug. This works with all muwebs and all mods of muweb like Czf webpage 0.4,crystal web and others.
Just replace the former character.class.php file in the includes folder in your website files.

UPDATE:
I have fixed the file so it supports md5 databases also.
