yes thats his router ip like server ip's are like 137.346.346.45
I know cuz Ihave a server behind my sofa lol! its ip is like 78.129.201.133

No one can connect to it, it's your computer IP adress also known as your private IP adress.. it being private only you can connect as only you can use it.
