(this dus not STOP hacking. But it Reduces Hacking.)
But still .. The one that is released by Silv3rbullet only Stops Cheat Engine this one stops:

This can be used by ANY version.

This also Closes MapleStory if the program gets shutted down.
This has a "Play" button on it to launch.
This is Double checked on many differed ways.

There's only 1 BUT...

You need to name your server client PrivateServer for it to work because i didnt figure out yet how to work with .cfg files. (If anyone knows how to use them please reply or contact me)

(this program checks if hack programs are open and then closes them and then opens PrivateServer.exe)

There's also a way to hide the original client.
This can be done by a Installation setup creator.

Since you have to pay for (most of) the Installation Creators (Like mine) i think im not allowed to post a link to that one here.

Just find yourself an installation creator and let it hide up your Original Client.(Named PrivateServer)
(i once found a tutorial with the proper download link in it but i can't find it anymore. It was on RageZone)

Besides it's useless why don't you make a .txt file and put it on your server from where it reads out the name of the hacking tools? That's how my worked but well, you can close it with Task Manager so it's useless!!

There goes the "Advanced" part, more of a crappy road block I guess, it stops you but you can go around it easily.

No offense, but this is a dumb way to block programs, especially since you listed what it blocked, people now know not to use it. It's like nexon saying

"Here's what gameguard blocks"

You could make it so when the process is terminated that it closes maplestory though

I'm almost done with a serverprotect that stays on when MS is on, and turns off when MS is off.
So it will detect even after the initial check.

(I just need to learn how to minimize the program to the tray)
