in there find userlevel and change whatever u want

(This code is a little fuller than what is in the Titan release. I'd recommend downloading both and testing, I don't have the time to do so)

Sorry, it was actually my bad. I thought the chinese words are the password for it.
(tried to edit my post but then my internet got fucked up)
Anyway, Thanks for sharing. this would help a lot. I'll add it on the first post.

Edited both posts with no-unlock code needed. Use the greyish-white box to download, the blue attempts to save to "your" personal pan.baidu network disk.
Still need to use the "extraction" password in Chinese to extract the rar file, but should be golden now.

Edit---> Finished downloading. From the rough look at the folder structure this source seems to be the same with the MeGaMaX's released source. But yeah, this one seems to be more complete. The client are included in as well. Along with server base structure and needed resources. I'll try to work on this files and see what I could make out of it. Wish me luck!

Will .asp web be enough ? I have another (better) .asp web version that I might release.
The custom control panel that I made myself before I maybe wont release that one. It's an old website I made when I learn php. The appearance is bad, no css (table based) and the security is low. I'm not really proud of that work.

I'll start to work on them when I finish developing few websites my clients asked me to make.

You might use wrong/not compatible .bins files in your client.

Try use thorpatcher. find some tutorial on that. I do not know how to use the original patcher. (i dont think we can use it unless we have the source)
