Ok i find this on a chinese forum ,web shaiya aspx +web db
How to setup tutorial made by me :

1. Download and install aspx webserver
   You must be registered to see links
2. Press mouse click right on desktop then
3. 
   
   Make a connection on ODBC for WebShaiya db with msql
   Download Web shaiya aspx+db
   You must be registered to see links
4. Make a db WebShaiya Restore webdb in mssql 2000,2005,2008
5. Put the files from webshaiya in desktop (bcaz aspx can read a website from the default path and that is desktop )
6. in web files u have a web.config,open and chage

   <connectionStrings>
           <add name="web" connectionString="server=127.0.0.1;uid=[COLOR="Red"]ur msql id[/COLOR];pwd=[COLOR="Red"]ur msql password[/COLOR];database=WebShaiya" providerName="System.Data.SqlClient"/>
       </connectionStrings>

   close and save
7. Open
   You must be registered to see links

this is in chinese (ur can translate easy )
(loking for a guy that can translate shaiya v5 server files from Chinese)
