actually if you knew the difference, you would know this is a portal, not a cms

When v59 was moving onto v60 there was alot of hype, thats where the 'changing 2 numbers from ServerHandler' expression was made, becuase people would use it against flowsion since he was boasting about being first v60 engine. v59 didnt have that much of a difference compared to v60. Where as v55 and v60 are 2 seperate things. You cant expect to change the mapleversion to v55 and hope it'll work.
