The release maybe old but the comments are still fresh and up to date like right now, and if this **** is old then why do i see this **** on the front page of MapleStory Releases that means its freshed with comments duh and i just like using capital letters and i can do lower cap letters like right now. and its spelled "Letter" not "ltter" like you just typed and yea he didn't add in monsters but he did the guide showing how to add in npcs and positioning them there.

First there was <int name="mobTime" value="-1"/> ... they stop respawning..
i change the values to different number... and still same bug.
