Lets say you created a new download. After the page refreshed, visit the download page, and the new download should be there.

That happens to me too. I type in a rule let's say. Then after I check the rules page, It isn't there. I have to put it like a few times, then it shows up.

I've tested and it works on my computer o_o

Try making a rule, then wait the 2 seconds. After it refreshes, check the drop down box to see if it's there.

Actually it's not really using the common template system, but it acts similar to one.

i got the whole thing setup but when i try to connect on another ip it doesn't work, the main computer i host it on works though.

No one has seen Cype 2 except me and Josh. So honestly, no one else would understand how much greater it is than Cype 1.

Of course, FlareCMS is not ****, and will never be even close to ****. It's coding is very "modern" or up-to-date compared to Cype 1.

Right now we're working on the structure. We were going to use Code Igniter, but we decided to use our own framework.
