This is the start of a project I’m working on alongside Claude Code.

It is currently in Brazilian Portuguese, but I invite anyone interested to join in, implement improvements, and help translate it into other languages—such as English.

🛠️

Before getting started, make sure you have the following installed on your machine:

  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Python

🚀

  1. Clone the repository:
Bash

git clone
cd FlyffWeb

  1. Install dependencies:
Bash

npm install
  1. Configure server files:
    • Place your server folder inside the root of the cloned repository and rename it to Original.
    • Note: I am using base files from Titanium MMO.
    • Inside the Original folder, include the following directories (while not all are strictly required, keeping them helps Claude Code reference everything properly):
      • Client
      • Patcher
      • ResClient
      • Resource
      • Source
  2. Start the server:
    • Run the .Iniciar Servidor.bat file.

💬

  • In-game GM command: //gm

🔗

  • Link:
  • ⭐ If you like the project, please leave a star on the repository!
Feel free to share your progress, ask questions, and post updates right here in this thread. Happy coding!

I’m actually quite interested in this. Is this a web-based version of Flyff? Can it be used with clean V15, V18, or V19 game clients? I’m looking to transition from a standard game client to a web-based format—I’ve noticed several other servers starting to do this, and it’s really intriguing. So, to clarify: it’s playable directly in a web browser, right? I’m new to this, so I’d appreciate some guidance!

You play directly from your browser. The server files used are from Titanium MMO; if you wish to use other clients, you must place the folders in the correct order inside the directory named "Original" located at the project root. Afterward, you will need to ask Claude Code to adapt everything to the new `PropItem.txt` and other relevant files. Start by using the Titanium version, and once that is up and running, try adapting it to suit your own preferences.

I did it! It’s awesome—I tried using the V18 file, and it actually worked!

try to use the theme from Titanium to you not loose things like the inventory images, or ask your claude code to fix it.

i am a little bit confused on that. it uses the same source files as before, same setup, the difference is that players dont need a client and its handled trough the website, correct?

yes, everything than you see on browser come from the Original folder on the root of the project and the server files.

Tried it out, seems to work just fine out of the box. messed a little bit with it and added the options menu as the game was kinda loud and i didnt want to lower my browser volume, good job there. still needs tons of work but its good already

It's quite interesting to note that this is not the route FlyFFu used, but quite an interesting similar path. The client is mostly Javascript using Three.js but I wonder how would that handle many players as well as hacking/messing with js on client side effects

nice to see your progress, good job with the option this is the point, keep the up to date, to pickup my changes if you want.

Haven’t looked through the repo yet, but what actually makes this different from all the other projects doing something similar?

Is it basically just a render layer to translate everything to the web? A lot of these ports kinda do the same thing but then run into optimization issues and everything gets super laggy.

Or did you properly optimize everything for a proper web port and tackle those issues?

Thanks for the release! Do you happen to have a setup tutorial? I'm super interested in this, but I'm completely new to Flyff and have zero background knowledge.
follow the first post, install nodejs, postgresql, python, clone the repository to a directory of your choice with gitbash and run the npm install on it, after that download the titanium mmo with the link in the post and put the folders in a folder with name Original on the root of the project and run .Iniciar Servidor.bat

I’m still not quite clear on this part—what kind of file should be imported? Is it `data.res`? I’m a bit confused; I’d like to make sure everything is set up correctly.
