Than you probably downloaded the free full version which has ads, or the free pro version which has ads and little features, I had to spend $149.99 USD to get the whole version with no ads in the end of the setup and maximum features, and more.

Slows your computer down in some cases.
I suggest not using this

Edit: and usually when there is a FULL VERSION for purchase, usually the free version will fail. It might have

*MADE BY UNREGISTERED VERSION OF (program)

Which looks ugly and unproish

How do you take out the registration parts of the installation? I don't want it. I can't find a function or a button on the program....

edit: I mean the choices "Registration (long codes)" and "Registration (short codes)"

edit 2: oh wait that's only optional right?
