And to reply to your DM: It's possible to grab db3 files, localization and script files, but 1) Not everything can be obtained. 2) It's tricky to do.

Can you teach us how to unpack a new file? I don't mind to edit a tedious file one by one. I just need a new animation or mdl file for my 3D stuff.

okey got newest vindictus. was wondering where are player animations like attack run so on cant find anything at alll :S there is like ragdoll stuff :I wanna redo some anims for my character but cant find anything in there :s uhm :S

It would seem KR-TEST features newly re-encrypted HFS.

The current HFS Extractor won't be able to extract those files, causing memory overflows/99% RAM usage at best.
NA and KR-LIVE aren't affected yet, but it's a matter of time before they'll receive the same treatment.

UPD 13/05 - it did hit KR-LIVE.
UPD 20/05 - it hit CN, TW and NA/EU (full client sized patch)

Not yet. But basing on CN files I've checked today for tomorrow's update, NA/EU is very likely to get the same treatment tomorrow.

Did Nexon prevented from downloading Vindictus NA version with using VPN? I am now currently not in US so I was tried to use VPN for bypassing to download clients but yet to fail.

Do you have any idea how to get the most up-to-date Vindictus NA client files? I would like to extract monster models and materials files desperately.
