[Release] HFS Extractor v4

I’ve written a brand-new version of HFS EXTRACT that can fully unpack the current version. It has been tested on the TW and US server client. Players on other servers are welcome to try it; if it fails to unpack the files, please let me know. Thank you.

测试Testing the Chinese mainland client, zhCN, db3 is still encrypted, and the translated text cannot be decrypted.

2026年。October 18, 2026: Testing zh-tw mode - db3 is still unable to be edited, and the translated text is garbled.

Hello there. Amazing work! Tested on KR-TEST hfs and I can confirm it does extract files as usual (including the ones that weren't possible to extract during the encryption transition). The process returned 0 errors.

And yeah, from extracted files, there are files that are encrypted on another level. These are:
- Localization files in the resource\localized_text
- Text files in scripts folder and its subfolders
- The database (db3) file

While there are other ways to obtain the localization and the database, getting scripts files is very hard.

Perhaps a separate tool is required for those.

UPD 25/10 15:01 - Confirmed working on KR-LIVE as well, though there was one time when it didn't unpack some files under unknown circumstances. However, repeating the process resulted in 0 failures.
