Thats from sowh4ts CMS, they just renamed it. Or at least that's where it came from I believe.

when i try to login i get this error

err i am veri noob isit download the file delete the index.php in the www folder and extract the itsuMS file into www folder?i did that and i type my hamachi ip to the URL place and it shows all the itsums file on the screen and if i put back the index.php it says Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to MySQL server on '65.75.243.179' (10061) in D:\wamp\www\config.php on line 9
