What actually is the problem? The only problem I see is that your gdeliveryd can't connect to the cross server which is normal if is not configured.

Thanks mrosenov, anybody happen to know where or what file should i open to to see faction IDs? Specially for sierra. Anybody have task editor so i can edit Sovereign orders please? I would love it if someone can share it. Excited to play and test it offline ??????

Yes mrosenov, we need more updated tools...

I have been working tirelessly for the past week... I have put together config files for v160 and v161 elements.data... these are the most complete set of configs i have seen for this editor... Also converted c# sELedit over to jELedit... I haven't had much time for testing, but its a good start here to fix any problems...
