The patch.ini is where the IP is stored. Lucky used a special tool he has to change it, and I guess for now you'll need to request to him to make a patch.ini for your server's IP. Since he's offline, you'll need to wait of course.

Im in a HomeNetwork and my IP is diffrent from 192.168.1.8, before i read that the IP is stored in the patch.ini, i look in the client.exe and found many GM Tool Menu . I look alsoin the other client too and found there also GM Tool Menu. I think before there are extra GM TOOl client but now im unsure. Is every Client a GM Tool ?:?:

The GM_TOOL is in every Client but they are compiled without the preprocessor for the GM_TOOL or the #ifdef
You could just try to get the GM_TOOL Code from the source into a standalone DLL and then hook it at the right offsets of the client.
But i guess that would be really hard to do if you have now knowledge.
Maybe i make this my next Project.

Do note that some custom droplists, NPCs, and default items were set back to default [default on TW server]
