You're wrong. VMWare doesn't 'host' anything. VMWare partitions your hard drive, and boots up a virtual machine within your machine that runs off of the hard drive partition that was created, once it boots that partition, you can insert a disk with an ISO file on it to install ANY operating system on the virtual machine connected to the partitioned hard drive. If you don't know what you're talking about please don't even post.

If I didn't missunderstand anything, these files has everything that LocalMS Version 50 has. Which is, almost all 4th job skills working, party working, and all quests. And it should be more stable, righty?

LocalMS doesn't have ALL 4th job skills working. You can also use the 4th job skills with the files I posted.
